 KYD-1080C+ Machine Overview

This KYD-1080C+ automatic stripping & blanking machine has a powerful waste removal function. It is complete with a row blanking function, which can achieve one pass and fully remove all waste after die cutting.

Allows for different specifications of box types, windows, and aircraft holes, and material waste edges of front and back stitching as long as they are within the size requirements of machine. This machine has the capacity for removing the waste completely in one pass, with speed, efficiency and simple operation increasing the user’s production capacity.

No need for molds for different product sizes with the honeycomb plate frame and pins to adapt to the changeable box shape.
The lower pins support product area and the upper pins press on the waste area to remove the waste. OEM Upper Working Panel for customer die cutting layout.  Row stripping & Full stripping function to accommodate more die cutting products.  Touch Screen operation.  Save on Labor, tool and mold costs.
